Moraine Mayor’s court is located in the County of Montgomery, Ohio. It has jurisdiction over criminal, felony or misdemeanors matters and traffic and vehicle offenses. The cases are handled by the mayor, and most traffic cases are prosecuted by the Montgomery County District Attorney. This court has limited jurisdiction and is not a court of records. • First-Degree Misdemeanors:

In this case, the punishment is a fine of up to $1000 and 180 days in jail.

• Second-Degree Misdemeanors:

Plea of Not Guilty

If you do not accept your offense and deny all the violations against you, then choose the plea of not guilty. The court will review your application and send you a schedule for your court appearance, and you have to appear on time.
