Newark Municipal Court Criminal Division is located in Customer Service Window room no. 207 five days a week from 8:30 am to 3:45 pm. In this division, the staff will accept citizen issues of filing, answer people’s random questions and build expected sources determination on complaints.
Violation Bureau
Newark Municipal Court Violation Bureau is the division for violation cases. The violation Bureau Bail Posting and Payment Window is open six days a week, and its payment can be made in person or online using http://www.njmcdirect.com.
Customer Service
Newark Municipal Court Customer Service is a division that contains the Call Center for Court, Unit of Correspondence, and Customer Service Room 105.
