Corrigan Municipal Court

Corrigan Municipal Court is a trial city courthouse and serves the residents of Polk County, Texas. It was constructed in 1916 in the Polk Courthouse square, then shifted to Corrigan, Texas. It has jurisdiction over class c felony criminal cases, traffic and vehicle violation cases, civil cases, and cases involving city ordinances with a $2000 fine. The court’s mission is to serve the community by providing justice and offering a forum of impartiality for case resolution. Plea of Guilty

Plea of Not Guilty
