Wheatfield Town Court is one of the 12th city courthouses in Niagara County Wheatfield, New York. It is located within the 4th and 8th Judicial District Departments. This court has jurisdiction over criminal, civil, small claims, traffic, speeding and vehicle matters. Court sessions will be held every Tuesday of the month, and two presiding judges will hold the session according to their schedules. Proper Dressing is mandatory in this court.
