Wawayanda Town Court is a justice court government institute in State Hill, New York. This court hears and solves mostly Traffic and criminal cases in the Town. The district attorney’s offices mostly take criminal cases. The court is one of the busiest Traffic courts in Orange County, having a Traffic ticket written as I-84. Traffic court cases are heard every Monday from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Waywayanda Town Court criminal division handles and solves cases related to crimes like murder, kidnapping, etc. Criminal cases require an attorney because, without an attorney, the person feels difficulty in the case. The criminal court hearing is held every second Tuesday of the month and every fourth Thursday at 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm.

Appearance Information

Wawayanda Town Court provides the facility to pay a fine only and not to appear in court for the case, but in some cases, it is mandatory to appear in person. If a person is charged with a misdemeanor or criminal case, then a court appearance is mandatory for the case. If the case is not a misdemeanor, it is not mandatory to appear in court.
