Marriage License

Volney Town Court Marriage License can be obtained from the town clerk. The fee for the license is $10 for each copy. A marriage application must be filled out, sent to the court, or emailed. A birth Certificate, Driver’s License or Passport, or Social Security card is required for the license. If a person is divorced, then a divorce document is mandatory. The marriage license is applicable for one year, and a marriage ceremony is held at the court after getting the license. Birth and Death Certificate

Volney Town Court Birth and Death Certificate copy can be obtained from the town clerk. The fee is $10 for each copy for all districts except Monroe County. Monroe County will pay $30 for each copy.
