North Greenbush Town Court is a trial court in the County of Rensselaer. It is located within the 3rd Judicial District Department. It has jurisdiction over criminal, small claims and eviction matters, and vehicle and traffic cases. It also handles speeding ticket matters given to people on I-90. The District Attorney of Rensselaer prosecutes most Criminal and Traffic Ticket matters. Wearing a mask is mandatory in this court. The court session will be held every Tuesday at 5:30 pm.
