Clarkston Justice Court was established in 1786 in New York. It has four town justices serving four four-year terms and one chief court clerk. This court is considered one of the most significant courts for criminal cases. This court serves the community of Bardonia, Central Nyack, Congers, Nanuet, New City, Rockland Lake, Valley Cottage, West Nyack, the Village of Upper Nyack in its entirety, and parts of the Village of Nyack and the Village of Valley. It is a jam-packed court.

How can a person get a marriage license?

Clarkston Justice Court Clarkston will provide the marriage license. The fee for the license is $40. The couple’s age must be 18+, and they must fill out the form and bring a passport, birth certificate, or anything that can prove their identity. The license is valid for up to 60 days, and a marriage ceremony is held in court after getting it.
